- 2 small jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Olive oil
- Lime juice
- Chili pepper
- Bag of frozen shrimp (cooked or uncooked is fine)
- Ripe Avocados, cut up
- I eyeball the amount of ingredients depending on how much shrimp I wanted to make.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add shrimp. Marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Serve with low carb tortilla and avocado
- Add cheese of your choice for tacos!
