Level 1: Fully Remote Coaching Plan @ $200 a month

Your program includes:

  • A customized online training program tailored to your specific goals and needs

  • A set schedule of your workouts tailored to your own personal schedule

  • Workout video demonstrations

  • Ability to send back your own videos to in the app for evaluation

  • Nutrition coaching tailored to your individual needs and challenges

  • Information guides and resources surrounding exercise science and nutrition

  • Nutrition tracking with My Fitness Pal

  • Accountability for sticking with your workouts and food plans

  • Mental mindset coaching with Helen

  • Monthly photos to track progress

  • 24/7 text access to Helen

  • Check ins: Once a week online via app

You will learn:

  • How to strength train properly with compound movements and isolation exercises

  • How to get your core strongest it’s ever been to support your daily movements

  • When to do cardio in your workouts and what kind

  • To increase flexibility and mobility to be injury-free

  • How to fuel your body properly with the right nutrition to reach the goal you’ve always wanted

  • How to lose fat & gain muscle and appreciate your body for all it can do!

Level 2: Remote Coaching + Once A Month IN-PERSON Training @ $350 a month

Your program includes:

  • A customized online training program tailored to your specific goals and needs

  • A set schedule of your workouts tailored to your own personal schedule

  • Ability to send back your own videos to in the app for evaluation

  • Nutrition coaching tailored to your individual needs and challenges

  • Information guides and resources surrounding exercise science and nutrition

  • Nutrition tracking with My Fitness Pal

  • Check ins: Once a week via the app + once a month IN-PERSON training at a location of your choice (only certain locations apply)
