Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken


1 tablespoon honey
1 lemon
3 tablespoon garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Fresh Thyme
1 red onion
Chicken thighs
Red Potatoes

1.  Zest the lemon. Then cut lemon in half and juice.
2. Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, garlic, olive oil and thyme in a bowl.  
2.  Cut up red onion and place at bottom of crock pot.
3.  Place chicken thighs in the crockpot
4.  Pour the honey garlic sauce onto the chicken.
5.  Put in red potatoes. 

Cook for 6-8 hours on medium.
