I will then formulate a realistic, gradual, step-by-step plan that works for you. We will be working off an app that tracks food, exercise, sleep and steps!

  • Weekly check-ins (if not more) with Helen to guide you with the process. Check-in about your progress and obstacles along the way.

  • Healthy Foods Shopping List. I will give you a list of healthy foods that you can incorporate into your life.

  • Food Portion Sizes Handouts. How do we measure how much we eat? Do we take out a measuring cup each time and use a food scale? Or is there another way? You will find out.

  • Recipe Ideas. My website has a bunch of my favorite recipes but I will also help you find new recipes with foods YOU enjoy!

  • Customized Workout Plans. With all good nutrition comes with a good workout plan that fits your lifestyle.

  • Educational Handouts. Lots of fun handouts about protein, fats, carbs, Reverse Dieting and more!

  • 24/7 Text access to Helen. Sometimes you just need a little support.

  • Client needs to download My Fitness Pal. Before we start our journey, I need you to track and log everything you eat for 2 weeks using My Fitness Pal. Free and easy app!

  • If you are already doing personal training with me, you will receive a special discount for my nutrition coaching.
