WHAT TO EXPECT

  • First meeting / initial consultation: this will consist of a fitness assessment to discuss your goals and for me to evaluate for your overall mobility and strength. This is when you can also decide if it’s a good fit for you.

  • I customize every training program for each client. Each client receives a customized google folder with their workouts, goals and progress.

  • Our workouts go at YOUR PACE that you are comfortable with. I am not a drill sergeant and I do what’s best for you - mentally and physically.

  • Nutritional Guidance: I will help you with finding the proper nutrition to fuel your workouts.

  • Sessions are 45-minutes and I recommend we meet twice a week to see the best results.

  • I can train you at your home gym, apartment gym, or many gyms like Planet Fitness offer unlimited guest pass access for members. No gym membership? No problem. I will bring equipment to you!
