PERFORMANCE BASED PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Do you have a competition coming up whether it’s a 5K or to hike Mt. Washington? 

Through performance based goals, we focus on that and create a plan to achieve that outcome, which as a byproduct, will make you look and feel the best you’ve ever been.

If you have a performance or competition coming up, we will create a strength and nutrition plan to help you have a great comp day!

If you don’t have a comp coming up, we will pick a goal before we start training and then start with a 3 month plan to get to that goal!


Some ideas for Performance Goals:

  • 5K/Half marathon/Full marathon race

  • Triathlon race

  • A long bike ride (either competition or something like the Cape Cod Canal Trail of 50 miles)

  • Getting your first pull-up (or getting to X amount of pull-ups!)

  • Getting a push-up to full depth (or getting a single arm push-up!)

  • Your personal best number in Barbell Squat, Bench or Deadlift

  • Rock Climbing Projects 

  • Pickleball Matches

  • Open water Race

  • Pole Dancing strength

  • Rowing Competition or Team Training

  • Tennis Matches

  • Hike Mt. Washington

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Schedule an initial consult session with Helen to see it’s a good fit.  Fill out the form below!

Step 2: Decide if you want the remote coaching or in-person plan.  All are charged monthly like a gym membership.  3 month minimum commitment required. 
Step 2: We help pick a performance based goal for you, or you tell me your next competition.

Step 3: We create a customized training plan that helps you get to your goal! It’s all on an app called Trainerize.

Step 4:  We also create a nutrition program that works to fuel your body properly for that goal.

Step 5: See your body and confidence change from the process!

MONTHLY PLANS:

$600 a month for In-Person Training.

This includes 4 sessions a month for 60-minutes each. You have a set day & time each week. Sessions do not roll-over so you must use all your sessions in a month.

Towns Served Currently: Hingham, Cohasset, Hanover, Weymouth, Braintree, Norwell, Scituate.

Go to Online Training for remote options or once a month in-person training plan.
