Ben Milos

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Before he became a trainer, Ben had a typical 9-5 desk job where he spent 8 hours a day sitting in front of a computer. He quickly realized how important staying fit and going to the gym would be in order to combat the health problems resulting from sitting all day.

Ben’s first experience with training clients was 4 years ago, when he decided to get a fitness certification to help friends and family. This turned into working with people more professionally in the online space during the pandemic, while juggling his 9-5 job. Then early 2022, Ben quit the desk job and went all in on in-person training. In only 6 months, Ben quickly became one of the top personal trainers for the entire U.S. east coast at the company. To date, Ben has helped around 100 individuals reach their health and wellness goals.

Ben enjoys working with the following populations:

  • Clients who find themselves behind a desk all day

  • Clients who are experiencing joint pain (back, knees, shoulders, etc.)

  • Clients who are excited about getting stronger

Training Philosophy: Strength is the foundation for health and wellness.

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist
